I have recently returned from a trip to Ecuador, where I had the opportunity to explore the possibility of contributing to a conservation initiative focused on the spectacled bear as a advisory roll.
This journey was both professionally enriching and personally eye-opening. Ecuador’s remarkable biodiversity, particularly within its Andean cloud forests, provides critical habitat for the spectacled bear where I was also incredibly lucky to see the species in the wild.

Observing the landscape and engaging with local perspectives offered valuable insights into the complexities of conservation work. Protecting wildlife involves far more than preserving a species; it requires balancing ecosystems, community relationships, and long-term sustainability strategies.
Interestingly, this experience strongly resonated with many aspects of my work. Whether in wildlife conservation or exotic groom. My involvement in Animal Consultancy and Training, along with services such as international pet relocation, animal transport and exotic groom, all revolve around careful planning, high level animal care.
Of course, with my love of travel and food I had the opportunity to try a local delicacy — an experience that was as memorable as the landscapes itself the guinea pig !!
